We pack every SORAA order with care so your snacks reach you fresh, safe, and ready to grab.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we usually pack and process it within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during busy sale periods may take a little longer.

Delivery Timeline

Your SORAA snacks usually reach you within:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days

Sometimes courier delays, weather, holidays, festivals, or other external issues may affect delivery timelines.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

We may also offer free shipping during selected offers, campaigns, or above a certain cart value.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Use the tracking link to follow your snack box on its way to you.

Delivery Details

Please make sure your address, phone number, and pin code are correct while placing the order.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the order, the package may return to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package looks opened, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept it.

If you notice damage after accepting the order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Unboxing video, if available

Our team will check and help you with the next steps.

Delayed Order?

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, reach out to us with your order number and we'll help track it.

Product Availability

All orders depend on product availability.

If any product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you for a replacement, delayed shipment, or refund for that item.
